Once an order is placed it is not possible to make changes or cancel your order online.
To add additional items to your order, please place a new order for the products required.
If you need to change your order in any way or cancel it completely, please email our customer service team, clearly stating your order number.
If your parcel has not arrived, please check the email we sent after your Order confirmation.
If you have not received a Shipment confirmation and have waited more than 14 days for your parcel to arrive, please contact us using the contact us page.
Please be aware than there is a shipping fee on next day deliveries. All next day delivery orders must be placed by 14.00 BST.
